Vendors are an essential part of Oklahoma Greek Weekend, transforming the grounds into a lively marketplace of unique offerings, products, and experiences. We welcome a wide range of vendors—from merchandise to brand activations and community organizations—who are excited to connect with the thousands of attendees expected throughout the weekend. Participating as a vendor at OKGW not only puts your business in front of an engaged audience but also allows you to be part of an unforgettable celebration.

Approved vendors will receive support throughout the event, including clear guidance on load-in, setup, and teardown logistics, plus opportunities to network with other exhibitors and event partners. To apply, vendors must complete the official vendor application and be accepted prior to the event. You’ll also be responsible for your booth setup (tents, tables, signage, power needs, etc.) and for maintaining a clean, professional space throughout the weekend.
